I'm Elvira,
nice to meet you.

I create user experiences that are intuitive, inclusive, and grounded in real user needs.

I bring empathy, commitment, and creative problem-solving to my work. My background in digital marketing helps me understand different perspectives and harmonize user needs with business objectives.

How I got started in UX Design

Before discovering design, I worked in online marketing and business development—fields that taught me one essential truth: customer insight is the key to a successful product. I now combine that mindset with UX skills to help companies understand how a human-centered approach leads to meaningful and sustainable solutions.

As a UX designer, I feel empowered to make a difference. While keeping business goals in mind, I prioritize creating user experiences grounded in real user needs. I aim to support organizations in building user-centered processes that lead to better products and more thoughtful decisions.

What I've been working on

My work spans diverse user groups—from factory workers in Asia with functional illiteracy to LGBTQ+ youth in need of support and connection. These experiences have shaped my inclusive and accessibility-conscious approach to design.

More recently, I’ve been focusing on complex B2B and B2G marketplace environments, where I bring a user-centered perspective into corporate product development. I drive user research, help uncover pain points early on, and support teams in testing assumptions before moving toward solutions.

As a UX tutor, I evaluate student work and give actionable feedback to help improve the quality and clarity of portfolio projects.

What I'm curious about

I’m passionate about projects that open new perspectives—for the world and for myself. What motivates me most is listening to people’s stories, because that’s where the real problems lie. I’m especially driven by the question of how we can design better systems by truly understanding those we’re building for.
